Soil Tests can be taken in order to determine the fertility of your lawn. This helps us determine what the pH of your lawn is and the amount of soil nutrients present. This is a great tool to let us know what applications other than weed control your lawn needs.

Lime Application is done when your soil is acidic. We can safely apply 50 pounds per 1,000 square feet per year. A soil test can help us determine the pH of your lawn.

Aeration allows air, water and nutrients to more readily reach the root zone by relieving compacted soil and opening up the thatch layer. It also helps to stimulate new growth, improves drainage and provides a better environment for overseeding and increases effectiveness of applied fertilizers and control products.

Overseeding allows for worn out areas of lawn to be replaced with new stand of dense, healthy turf. When we over seed, we first aerate your lawn. This will promote good soil to seed contact. Second, we broadcast a starter fertilizer to promote germination. Third, we broadcast grass seed across the area. We usually recommend a bluegrass seed across the area. Lastly, we need you to water. It's recommended to water 2 times a day during the coolest times of the day.

Insecticide Treatments help control lawn insects that can cause extensive damage to your lawn. We offer different kinds of insecticide to address your specific problem at different times of the year.
